Meet Our Team
Bridge Ukraine is led by Katerina Kocyan and a team of experienced mission workers as part of Operation Mobilization Ukraine. We relocated here to better understand the context and serve more effectively.
Katerina Kocyan
Katerina has a background in business management, languages and biblical studies, with professional experience spanning both the corporate and Christian sectors.
Details
After several years working in HR management, she transitioned into full-time work with Christian organisations, focusing on grant making, project assessment and partnership development.
For over six years, she managed grant-making processes for a Christian trust, overseeing due diligence and project evaluation, building relationships with churches and organisations, and supporting partners across Central and Eastern Europe. During this time, she was involved in overseeing significant grant funding supporting more than 100 organisations annually.
She also led a Ukraine-focused Christian relief fund, working with local churches and organisations to channel financial support to communities affected by the war, as well as to organisations supporting Ukrainian refugees across Europe.
Katerina brings extensive experience in grant management, organisational partnerships, project evaluation, and working across cultures, with a particular passion for strengthening and supporting local Christian initiatives.
Daniel Kocyan
Daniel has a background in theology, pastoral ministry and Christian leadership, with over a decade of experience serving as a pastor and leading social and community projects focused on young people and students.
Details
He later joined an international mission organisation, where he focused on mentoring and equipping young Christian leaders across Central and Eastern Europe. His experience includes developing leadership programmes, organising mission initiatives and leading international teams in several European countries.
Daniel is passionate about helping young Christian leaders grow into their full potential, walking alongside them through practical discipleship, learning communities and a lifestyle of mission. His heart is to see Europe transformed by God’s grace, truth and love.
Iva Boszczykova
Iva’s academic background is in European project management and international cooperation. She gained experience through internships and roles supporting international teams, universities, churches, and youth ministries, including coordinating and equipping mission teams and supporting summer ministry projects across Europe.
Details
For the past eight years, she has been actively involved in youth ministry in her local church. She has also worked as an executive assistant supporting an international team and 16 national organizations in their summer ministry, as well as helping organize international training events and conferences.
Iva currently serves as a project coordinator, supporting all four areas of the project. She is passionate about seeing people grow, building strong relationships, and helping others develop and thrive in their ministries.
